I thought I needed a hot water replacement, but it turned out I was trying to light the pilot incompletely. I was in a panic, as I have company coming this week. Jose came out within 2 hours and showed me the correct way to light the pilot. And here I assumed I needed a new heater. So they are honest and efficient in scheduling.
